Course toolkit — not a hosted service

SEO Portfolio Radar

Radar is the educational monitoring approach taught inside the planned SEO Website Business Masterclass. It is a way of organising your own Google Search Console data across several properties so that weekly review takes minutes and produces decisions instead of vibes.

Important — what Radar is not

  • It is not a product you can log into on this website. There are no accounts here.
  • It has no connection to your Google account. This site never requests Search Console access and holds no third-party analytics data.
  • It is not a hosted SaaS tool, an agency dashboard or a data service.
  • It is a teaching toolkit — setup instructions, spreadsheets and review workflows you run on your own properties.

What a portfolio review looks like

The two visuals below are demonstrations built with invented websites and invented numbers. They exist to show layout and reasoning, not performance.

Sample data: Illustrative demo — fictional websites and fictional sample data. The 30,482 click figure shown is invented for the mock-up and is not an actual result for SEOFactoryPro, any student or any real website.
Portfolio view concept: each row is one property with its clicks, impressions, CTR and average position for the period, so the sites needing attention are visible at a glance.

Sample data: Illustrative demo — fictional site and fictional sample data. The 1,124 click figure shown is invented for the mock-up and is not an actual result.
Single-site view concept: query and page rows sorted so that impressions without clicks, and pages with no impressions at all, stand out for investigation.

What the toolkit covers

  • Connecting each of your own properties to a consistent export routine.
  • A spreadsheet structure for clicks, impressions, CTR and average position over time.
  • Comparison windows that do not mislead you, and how reporting delay affects the latest days.
  • A weekly review template: three observations, three hypotheses, one action.
  • AI prompt patterns that propose what to investigate, for you to verify.
  • A portfolio-level view so quiet projects do not get forgotten.

The principle: observation before interpretation

Radar separates what the data shows from what you think it means. You record the measured figures first, then your hypothesis as an explicit guess, then a single change you will test. That discipline is what makes a review useful weeks later, when you can compare the guess to what actually happened.

Why it is taught rather than sold

A toolkit you own works across whatever properties you own, needs no third-party access to your Google account, and keeps you in control of your own data. That is deliberate. SEOFactoryPro does not want access to your Search Console, and is not building a dashboard business.

What is not published here

The internal structure, scoring logic and prompt library of the toolkit are part of the paid course. Nothing proprietary is embedded in this website, and no private performance data of any kind appears on it.
